At One Home Advisors, we know buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction — it’s a life-changing experience. We do more for less. Founded by three seasoned real estate professionals and certified appraisers, our firm brings together decades of industry knowledge, local market expertise, and a shared commitment to putting clients first. As Realtors and certified appraisers, we have the privilege of seeing real estate from a broader spectrum than the average sales agent. Seeing a need for full service with tailored seller options led to the launch of One Home Advisors.

What It Is:

A full-service brokerage at a lower price offers all the traditional services of a real estate brokerage—like pricing strategy, MLS listing, marketing, showings, negotiations, contract support, and closing coordination—but charges less than the typical 5–6% commission. One Home Advisor clients choose the marketing options they want, and clients don’t pay for things they don’t want. Each of our listings is custom tailored to the seller wants and desires.

Who We Are

Our founding team includes:

  • Ryan Moore, managing broker and skilled negotiator with more than 25 years of experience as a broker and certified appraiser.
  • Brent McSpadden, a listing specialist known for creative marketing strategies with long term experience at a traditional brokerage company. Also, a certified appraiser with more than 25 years of experience.
  • Greg Hammond, a client-focused financial expert with more than 25 years of real estate investing, management skills and a certified appraiser.

How OHA offers Full Service for Less:

  1. Flat-Fee or Reduced Commission Structure
    • 1% listing commission (paid at closing) or a $2,500 flat listing fee (paid at time of listing).
    • Our clients can offer buyer agent commission (1–3%) to keep it competitive or 0% if they want the buyer to pay the buyer’s agent. At OHA the clients choose the commission amount on both sides of the transaction.
  2. Efficient Operations
    • Use digital platforms and automation (CRM, e-signatures, showing services, AI-powered CMA tools).
    • Reduce overhead (no big office, fewer layers of management).
  3. Team-Based or Scaled Services
    • Assign specialized tasks to licensed assistants or coordinators.
